We work to ensure an ethical and transparent supply chain while creating meaningful social impact.

As our name suggests, we value the ability to act, not only in our loyal service to our customers but also as a positive agent in our global community. For us, creating high-quality products in a responsible, transparent way that values both people and our planet is paramount.

And, as a brand that values the mind and its intricacies, ethical and sustainable practices are at the core of our business. We take a stewardship mindset, recognizing the valuable human energy and environmental resources that go into creating our products.

We have a close relationship with our factory. In fact, they're family.

Our cut+make partner in Sofia, Bulgaria predominantly employs women providing salaries above a living wage and opportunities for growth. Faculty regularly conducts supplier audits on international fair trade principles.

In addition, when it comes to packaging, we've ensured no plastic is used. We also believe that less is more; each Faculty jacket is packed and protected in our signature tote bag. Furthermore, our printed materials utilize post-consumer recycled paper stock.

Our down supplier, Minardi Piume, based in Italy, holds top industry eco-certifications.

Faculty products strictly use 100% recycled P.U.R.E. certified white duck and goose down and feathers. It is washed and sanitized giving it a second life. We're ecstatic that Minardi Piume also utilize clean energy (solar and biomass) in their facility.

Though we are proud of our initial steps, we know our sustainability journey never truly ends and we are committed to continually taking actions that address our carbon footprint.
