Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately can’t edit the address you’ve entered or change any items on the order. If you’d like to cancel your order, please process a return.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified.
Orders shipped with our free shipping option by UPS Ground arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. 2nd Day Air generally arrives within 2 business days. These are estimated delivery timeframes subject to any UPS issues or delays.
We currently only ship to customers in the U.S. However, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in making a purchase from abroad and we will do our best to accommodate.
We produce in small batches to reduce waste in the apparel industry’s supply chain. Pre-order means we have a new batch of inventory en route to the U.S. The “estimated ship date” specifies when we expect to ship it from our U.S.-based facility directly to you. As per usual, you’ll receive shipment notifications regarding your order, once we’ve processed and sent out your order. Your purchase and patience is a vote of support for a new way for fashion industry to operate.
We do not offer a separate gift receipt at this time.
All orders and returns within the US are free! We do offer Expedited UPS 2nd Day option at an extra cost.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are free! No restocking or return shipping fees. We want you to love your Faculty winter wear, that’s why we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Keep your product(s) in original condition with tags un-removed. You may receive an email with a few questions so we can learn from you, develop future products, and do better next time.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process from the date of confirmed receipt of the item(s) back in our facility warehouse. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

3. Please ship your items back to us in their original packaging and unused condition.
If you’ve received a defective, damaged or incorrect item our sincere apologies! To make this as effortless for you as possible please initiate a return or exchange. Don't forget to include your order number, description, and photo, if possible, of the issue and we’ll correct your order expeditiously!
